    James,

Let me echo the great write up and pics - and the presentation of the NCO sword. I had the great privilege of a week of training from Phil a few years ago when he came up to our location to give CQB classes to my old SRT.

Curious - I recall that he had an awesome personalized license plate that was directly related to the MP5; I'm pretty sure that I remember it but I don't want to make it public. Did you notice if he still has it?

Excellent write up! I felt like I was back in class!!
I was fortunate enough to take this course in February of 2012. Between the classroom presentations, and all the range time, I really feel like I benefitted tremendously. Phil is simply awesome at what he does!

Great write up. Is this a LE/Mil only class or does he offer a civilian class as well?

Glad you were able to get your poster signed.

Oh yeah, he still has that plate. Good memory.

Well that sucks.....although it's very understandable.

    Sweet.

Is he still "testy" about his "English" accent?....;-). He used to give quite an education on "Welsh". My boss at Aimpoint is Irish......I always tell people that he is from Australia and to ask him about Australia.....gets a similar response to Phil.

No, in fact he encouraged us all to joke with him and eachother through the entire course. It caught some of the guys off guard a bit that it was approved to poke fun and target the course instructor with humor and insults, but by the end of the course we were all very comfortable with that approach.
