2x phone calls have been made everyday for the past lets say 10 days now, still no one picking up. How did you get a hold of someone?

Yes - I am pretty sure they are very open about email being the only way to get a consistent response.

I started out with emails and sent more than one and got no response before I moved onto phone calls. My last recourse is for me or someone else to physically go to them to get some type of response.

Has anyone had any luck with getting anything done with TPM? I'm still waiting on my stock to be refinished and sent back from them. Its a bit frustrating since they've had it since mid May and it was only suppose to be a two week turnaround. Definitely the last time I'll have dealings with these guys.

    Hi,

It should go out next week, the move we did took a lot longer than expected and I apologize for the delay.

I've been trying to get a hold of TPM for the past few days. I ordered a shorty suppressor for my MP5SD clone on July 3. I wanted to give you my FFL information so we can get the transfer started and get it on the NFA waiting line. How can I best reach you guys? I tried email and phone, but no answers or responses.

    Thanks,

    Evan
OP hit them up on IG, email and the phone and you will eventually get and an answer. Yes they are still recovering from their move as other have noted, but it's no excuse to not return comms IMHO.

I had to do this myself for a shorty 8" SD suppressor that I bought and paid for to round out my SD can collection and they neglected to tell me that they were moving and this would make things a bit slow.

I don't know about you all, but when you buy something that is in stock and the retailer takes my money, well I expect service, communication, and timely filing of all necessary paperwork.

    Hi Guys,
We apologize for the breakdown on communication as of late. We just finished moving our whole operation to a bigger location. We filed to Move with the ATF and they approved it quick so it forced us to move much Quicker than expected. It took us longer than expected to move but it’s donr and ev7is back up to full speed. We are very sorry for the breakdown’s in communication
Thank you and our new address is below,

So it’s good they replied to this thread. Can anyone confirm if they are back to actually getting work done for people? Anyone get things back from them?

I highly doubt TPM blow guys for crack. Plus they return emails within a year.
