Default WTB: HK German rear drum diopter

Anyone know where in stock I can get a German rear drum diopter. I had to get a American made drum from hk parts all I could find.

Also if anyone knows it seems my SP5 is quieter than my Z5RS same can and ammo? Is that possible, or do I need my ears checked? The HK is a real smooth & accurate shooter. I’m very happy with her after 300 rounds today

Oh no, did you order the German one and they sent you the American version. Or just a fake German one. I’ve heard on Reddit they are shady...

The sp5 has the upgraded F bolt group in it and the heavier recoil spring, maybe it makes a difference. I've personally never noticed when shooting shooting two guns side by side.

On the rear sight I'd wait till Gordon gets more in unless you are in a hurry. If that is the case he has the complete rear sight with base in stock. Past that you can always check gatewood as well although they are out of stock right now.

Gordon is hk specialist. When his parts are marked as HK, they are HK parts, unlike the website of that name.

How do you remove the drum? Feels like mine is welded on there!

It unscrews using the sight tool. There is a detent and spring that can get launched if you are not careful. Best thing to do is when you unscrew it kinda keep your other hand wrapped around it. That or buy a complete sight and unscrew the base and just pull the entire thing off and swap it.
