Hello i have been offered to buy a Mark 23 but when I inspected it I could push down on the front end of the slide when in battery. Is it supposed to move? I could only slightly wiggle the slide side to side though. I was surprised it wasn’t heavier for it’s size.

Hello everybody. I just purchased a Mark 23 with a BD date code. Everything is in great condition, except for the breech face. It appears to have cracks around it and when I touch it, it feels noticeably flared out from the rest of the surface. Is this normal for a Mark 23?
