Safe? Yes.

You might have some malfunctions with it, though. 147gr ammo has a tendency of causing over-function in the P7, resulting in a nose-up jam.

OK, sorry, that was harsh. What I meant to say was this forum has more info then the Library of Congress on the subject of the P7 and all its progeny. I search "P7 147" and got the link to this thread that has been going on a long time. Pay close attention to what G3 says. He literally wrote the book.

Sorry, read old stuff. I won't use it. I'll just put it back in storage. Guess it would work in a Glock if I ever had one. Sorry for the redundancy, it was early in the morning when the question popped up.:redface:
