Hey Guys - Can someone explain the meaning of the "CIP" over the "N" Proof Markings on some uppers that I've seen between the HK Logo and the Date Code ? I was told its an EU thing but does that mean its an EU upper?
Also what is the roll pin above the Date Code I've seen in some newer uppers?
