Does anyone know where I can find a rail adapter for my 45c which already has a rail by the way to fit a TLR4? I was told that there is a piece mounts directly to the rail on my frame to ensure the light is properly secured on the weapon...

Which gun are you talking about, USPc 45 or HK45c? The HK45c has the picatinny rail so you won't need an adapter. You do if you have a USPc 45. There is a special version of TLR-4 for USPc that will fit your USPc without any adapter.
