So I happened upon an 80% 416 D lower awhile back and Im wanting to get it engraved with a serial number. Im not too much into the "MAKE EVERYTHING LOOK SPOT ON" thing but obviously I would atleast have the lower look correct with the location of the serial number. Does anyone happen to have any pictures of there 416D lowers so I can get a reference on where to put the serial number.

Yes Its completely milled, My buddy had it said he didn't feel like finishing it and more or less was like here you go

Yes he can.

As long as he didn't build it with the intent of selling it, he can do whatever the hell he wants with it, including selling it or gifting it.
