I just spoke to HK USA a few minutes ago and yes this is all true
They have numerous USP 9mm Experts in stock #M709080 and suggested retail is $1,406.00. It will come in a clam shell case. Get-em while you can. These will go fast. I just put an order in for mine.

To order, you have to order from one of the direct dealers. Otherwise, your dealer will have to order from a distributor.

Maybe. I ordered a new one but my old new in case CCI import is special and i didn't pay much more for it than what a new one is. I'll get to shoot this one.
Doesn't surpise me that they are importing again.. Isn't the Expert now USPSA Production Legal?
