Will any standard AD mount work on a railed PTR? Or do i have to go with the high mount for clearance?

I'd say high, I have two ad-recons and the lower one will not clear the rear irons. I have seen people just leave the rear iron off and go for the stock cheek height, which allows you to use the lower height, but then no irons. With the higher Ad-Recons you might need a cheek riser.
