theres a thread with pics on here that shows how the single cell malkoff will clear the SiCo 3 lug mount and be back far enough to not hit the suppressor body tube, not sure if the longer 2 cell version will work though. I'm interested to find out as well.
Anybody try this Malkoff head with a Silencerco Octane 45?

It looks like it could be slim enough to fit with the 3 lug adapter.
