I found it in my AF mark 23 case, but does not fit the pistol, has no HK markings on it, and two unmarked witness holes. The mag does click into place, but baseplate is wrong. Any information would be great.

This is a Promag USP 45 mag. They are really nice mags! I find that they are excellent for holding paper down so it doesn't move in a light breeze. They also function effectively to block doors from closing that you don't want to close.
