Anyone know anywhere thats got one of these in stock? I cannot seem to find any for under $900 new these days, and they've become unobtainium in the used market recently, too. What gives? >.<

Are you looking for 9mm or .40? I have a 9mm BB date code LEM that is still unfired that I picked up last week - my wife is not overly enamored with it.

ATM, I'd still probably prefer a used deal than go new. Leaves room for mags and Light Lem parts.

Careful there. The title says "V2 LEM" and "decocker." I would confirm before buying. The V2 doesn't have a decocker (at least not mine).
Dumb question, but can someone explain why literature on the sk lists it as having both a 2.48" & 3.26" barrel? I'm thinking a difference in the way it's measured? If so, which way is the method other manufacturers typically use?

Maybe by including/excluding the length of the chamber itself? The barrel, from tip to end of chamber/locking block is 3.26".
That makes sense. I wonder then when ammo manufacturers say a given round is tested in a 4" barrel if they use that method, or if they're strictly measuring the length the bullet actually travels before exiting the barrel.

thanks

If you're looking for a used .40 caliber P2000SK, feel free to send me a PM. I've got one LNIB (188 rounds fired) that I no longer use since I switched to 9mm. It's the law enforcement package with V2 LEM, factory night sights and three mags.

This is generally going to be the answer for ANY HK pistol or magazine purchase. Just email the owner if the item is out of stock and he'll let you know when it will be back in stock. I've received replies from him on a Saturday night. Class act all the way.

When I ordered my sk V3 9mm at the LGS I use, the owner told me his distributor had the V2 as well, at the time, for the same price...mine was either $849 or $859+tax NIB back in February 2012.

AJC Sports (Clute, TX) is my go-to for HK. They do the rounds of shows in Texas, but I think they also ship. Best prices and the only folks on our gun show circuit who stock LEM models. They have been good to me.
