FORT BRAGG, N.C. - The barrels were hot in the Army's charter fielding of the new M-320 grenade launcher at Range 23 here, as paratroopers of the 82nd Airborne Division fired the weapons for the first time.

Once the 320 is off its standalone mount, does it lose the laser rangefinder/optics/whatever? Seems like, at that point, you lose what advantage they would give and it goes back to shooting like a 203, minus the swinging breech. Having never shot either, that's just a guess.
