Omaha outdoors cerakotes them in-house, if you read the fine print it's not a factory finish. That doesn't mean HK will not offer it at some point.

 

Sometimes it might not even be in the fine print with them….or at best is so vague as to unclear. I am sure that is unintentional lol.

 

I had a friend at shot show last year ask HK if they were making ODG CC9s and VP9A1s. Both are on the list, probably a year or two after initial offerings like past VP9s. Time to spam every HK social media post with demands for ODG all the things, again.

 

Interesting to hear some insider scoop. I don't go on any of the traditional social media sites but if I did I would help spam HK. Maybe there are on reddit? ha

 

I’ve seen a couple “desert tan slide over black frame” models at an Idaho Falls store. These had iron sights whereas another CC9 in the display case was all black with the OEM Holosun 407k green micro optic. These pricing was $599 and $799 respectively So I think the coloring was from HK and not aftermarket.

CORRECTION: Those were not desert tan but FDE. It’s been a really long week and I apologize for my confusion.

The tan slide models were from HK as a factory option, I assume more frame colors are coming as demand slows.
