Well, I brought nice HK MP5 flash hider for my Coharie MP5 clone.
I've tried to attach the flash hider onto the 3 lug barrel, I can't make it work.
Anyone had same type of problem? any trick to know?
thanks

Some people say the barrel may have a thick coat of paint preventing the hider from sliding on. Another thing I'd check is the corners on each lug.

I had an early Cohaire (SW) barrel that did the same thing. I broker the edges on each lug with a fine cut file and the hider went on with no problem.

I sanded down all the paint off the 3 lug and small portion of the barrel on the front and I no longer have any issues with the flash hider or my suppressor.

I also had the same problem and I had my gunsmith sand down the front of the lugs as to that's what wasn't allowing the hider to rotate once on the barrel. Now it works fine.
