I don't know what y'alls experience has been with HK customer service, but I've called twice to order parts and both times, the person on the phone has been helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I've called other manufacturers customer service lines and the person on the other end sounded like they wanted to kill themselves rather than help me out with a few simple questions.

Just wanted to give HK customer service a HUGE two thumbs up!

Have to agree with you on HK CS. Each time I've contacted them or sent a gun in for modification/service, they're always very polite, enthusiastic and honest. After all the web stories of HK CS hates consumers, I think it would be nice if those who posted those negative comments owned up and retracted them.

HK CS has been great, keep it up!
