Cuomo Signs NY Budget: Elimiated CoBIS!!!!!
Very good news tonight:
NRA-ILA | Gun Control Measures Disappearing in New York
Gov. Cuomo signed the new budget into law and officially ends CoBIS. No more fired casing for new guns nonsense. For 11 years, the system failed to convict a criminal by matching to the database. The system cost taxpayers a total of $45 million. So for next fiscal year, looks like no more casings will be needed. This makes it a LOT easier to get a new Kimber which does not supply a fired casing despite the fact that the company resides in Yonkers, NY!
