Well I did a sight in today with my SR9 cross winds 10-20 mph not the best conditions. Here's my target at 100yrds 25 rds.

Not to sure if that's a good grouping. But given the conditions? It's not too bad.

Great shooting in any conditions... It's great to see targets on what these riffles can do, instead of reading a lot of talk.
What ammo were you using?
My SR9 likes ATI 150gr it is fairly cheap and at 200 yds will hold a 1.75 inch group from a bench (On a good day). I know the gun shoots better than me so that is the problem.

I'm not sure what ammo I was using? I think it was Winchester 168gr? It was on sale at Sports Authority on Black Friday. It was lead tips that were not consistent in shape or the points.

Since this was the first time that rifle was fired, I figured it needed some break in rds, before I really see how zeroed in I can get her.
My next outing I'll pick up some Hornady match grade 168gr, to see what she can really do. I've heard claims of sub MOA, but we'll see if I'm able to hold that tight groups?LOL!
Don't buy too many of any one brand of ammo, each riffle likes certain kinds.
I tried a couple of dozen brands, I found the Federal Match to shoot the best @ over $1.00 round but the ATI is so close to the Federal that it is not worth thinking about for $.40 a round. The ATI is made in Turkey MIL Spec and got real bad reviews but my SR9 loves it. My Hk 91 does not.

Good point! What type of head do those rounds come with?
