Finally got around and ordered an Armorer's bench block, punches, +2 round mag extension, upgraded trigger and sear springs from HKParts. Everything arrived today along with a gunsmith hammer from USA Guns and Gear I picked up for $12! I went with just a +2 rd mag extension because I didn't want the extra length that a +5 rd mag extension comes with, but still wanted a couple more bullets cuz.... ya know... haha ;) At the same time, I finally had the chance to switch out the side grips and backstrap to the smaller size as I have the hands of a Carnie apparently.

The VP9T will come my way one day. Till then my regular VP9 runs great.
You passed on HKParts 15rd mag extension making it a 30rd? They sure do balance the VP out nicely and if you feel the need for those extra 2, I say an extra 15 does the job much better! Plus it makes you look like a cartel shooter. Tijuana Vice here ya come!

I just ordered the trigger spring and sear spring for my VP9, will this help shorten the reset as well?

My 30 rounder from HKparts has had some feeding issues. We'll see if that settles out over time.

Keep the mag loaded for a week or more and see if that helps your issue. Also, with that long mag, be certain not to limp wrist at all because the combo of long mag and relaxed grip can create the feed issue as well. So far, mine has run great and is always a nice backup in case of trouble.

I've shot 3 full mags through it, spaced a few weeks apart each. It stayed loaded after the first run. First run, 3-4 FTFs, second run flawless, 3rd run 3-4 FTFs. I'm trying a variety of ammo to see if I can rule that out. Never had a problem with limp wristing before, but I'll make sure to pay special attention to that next time.

Finally got around to installing the HKParts upgraded sear spring and a new addition to the VP9; the Type 1 VP9 trigger from Lobos Industries. I did not install the Elbow Trigger Spring from HKParts as I didn't want that light of a trigger pull which is what happens (I've read) when you install both springs. Most people who've just installed the rear spring seemed to notice a slight decrease in poundage (i.e. from 5.5lbs to 5lbs). The upgraded trigger from Lobos definitely shortens the trigger reset!! I picked the faded silver and black safety pattern and I think it looks sexy!! Next on the list is getting some stipple work for the frame!!
