As the title says:
Do they make a plug or splitfix for the SB MP5 PDW brace?
My OCD is kicking in because the rubber tabs don’t align correctly.
Thanks!

Check out these guys. Simple and works out well. BTW: mine’s registered accordingly (Form 1 approved).

Careful with these:

Note: All NFA rules apply. This plug may constitute a re-design of the stabilizer brace. We recommend only installing with a barrel length 16" or above or on registered SBR's.

It’s for a brace on a long barrel pistol. That’s all I could find at a price affordable to me.
I know there’s someone mentioned on the forum that can cut the barrel without pulling it. I’ll jump that hurdle next.

The HKPDW has such wide wings that you really won’t need a Split Fix for it.
I’ve had a couple and they don’t get misaligned like the other braces.

In the eyes of the ATF, modifying a brace in any way turns it into a stock.

Putting that modified brace (stock) onto a pistol then creates an SBR (again, according to the ATF).

Has anyone been prosecuted for this? Not that I know of but I sure wouldn't be giving the government something to start looking at me for.
