Does it matter if the barrel weld is not finished? I am mostly worried about it rusting, but was not sure if it is a non-issue...

What kind of gun is that? Century? I'd just spray a little black paint on it personally.

somtimes welds dont take parkerizing very good. just touch it up with some paint like fordemti said

All depends on the material the welding rod is made of. SS rod won't blue or park well. Most others will.

It its the ptr91 gi. Any recommendations on the type of paint to use? Por15?
