What are my options for an HK pistol in 45 ACP that would use a factory threaded barrel?

When you say factory, you mean came from the factory with a threaded barrel, or a pistol where you can buy a factory barrel to use in it?

You have the USP .45 full-size and compact and the HK .45 that you can add factory threaded barrels too. You can also buy the HK 45C, USP Tactical and the Mark 23 all with threaded barrels from the factory to name a few.

The USP 45 tactical and compact tactical are available. Or if you already own a USP 45 or compact you can buy the barrels off the tactical version for ~280 bucks. The HK45c also comes in a tactical version, and there's the Mark 23. I happen to have the USP tactical, compact tactical, and had a hk45c tactical. They are ALL great guns but I like the fullsize tactical the best.
