Hi and thanks in advance for your feedback.
I'm currently in the market for another set of handguns. I currently carry twin Beretta 92fs's. Don't Get me wrong I Have never been dissatisfied with my Berettas. But I am planning on Gifting them to my Middle son, when he rotates back to the world this coming June. I'm not a striker kind of guy, so its a DA/SA for me. Multi-purpose is a plus, but not a deal breaker. I am open to a different caliber, but I am at the same time happy with 9mm. I almost forgot to mention one more requirement for my selection. As with the Beretta's, the safety and the magazine release need to be either apendexturios or reversible.

when you mean multi-purpose, i'm assuming range and ccw.

can do range and ccw
P30
p2000
usp compact

better at ccw
p30sk
p2000sk

better at range
P30L
HK USP - is offered in ambi safety or can be installed
HK45

The hk45, p30 and p30sk will have the modern customizable egonomics with the adjustable side and back panels.

I think you'd be really happy with a p30. It's a very capable cow and a lot of fun on the range. If you're used to concealing a 92 then this thing will feel like a paper clip lol.

I'm partial to the grey frames! Ignore the price! You can find them for hundreds less.

If I read this right, you want a DA/SA. Just get a USPc & USPfs both in 9mm. You can set them up any way you want with levers/triggers. If I had to chose only one, it would be the USPc because is accepts other HK mags to increase round count.
