Would love for that to be an option. If I had unlimited time I'd wait for the magic guys here to do their "hobbyist importer" wizardry and wait for my turn to come up in the lottery.

There's a good chance it's about to become impossible to get one in my state within the next year though so that's just a big gamble on my grail gun

 

I don't know what it is about the 417 platform that makes it look so damn good with a long barrel & shorter handguard but I'll never get tired of it

 

This is how all MR762A4s and MR556A4s should look. Complete with a chrome lined barrel.

 

I couldn’t agree more. I’m curious on how the MR308 shoots compared to the MR762A4. Is there anyone who has both that can compare?

I might have to grab one before they are gone. Debating whether to get the 16.5" or 20".
Any recommendation on barrel length?

 

20 is more rare stateside, but you don't gain a whole lot over the 16.5

Yeah, that's a pretty substantial drop. The 20 is unwieldy as all hell but that's a good chunk of change to start kitting it out
