Have a buddy who lives in the area of The Villages and is looking for a trusted gunsmith to do some work on a couple pistols, including a well loved P9S.

Anyone have a favorite I can pass along to him?

I live on the west coast of Florida and other than telling you to have him go to a big chain dealer like shoot straight I can’t help you. I think Shoot Straight has a smith in house and have a location in Winter Park and in Orlando. I am really not impressed with the one in Tampa, but maybe the ones in Central Florida are better.

not really, just saw the date after I posted it and figured i'd try and help.

I actually think I'm going to try and find a local smith to my match trigger upgrade. If I can't find anyone who says they can do it I'll probably just sell the match trigger kit. I was going to ask shoot straight in Apopka next time I go.
