HK 416 SBR w/SOCOM556-SB $11k - NFA Market Board - Sturmgewehr.com Forums

416 SBR, HK 416 OTB upper with Geissele Rail, and a Surefire can to go along with it. 11k - I think you're really going to have to love the platform to spend that kind of money, but obviously very rare. I think the price is at high retail of the sum of the parts. Not sure what entity registered the SBR 416 lower receiver though. Might be worth asking for those who are interested.

Im gonna just say..... any complete lower, Adams Arms 11.5 piston upper, Magpul furniture and an HK marked buttstock = clone 416. Ahh yes, the optimism of 'online sales'.

Roughly $8k give or take a couple hundred. If someone already owned a MR556 that's $1200 less. To buy the setup you're looking at $8k give or take + $400 for ATF. Far from the 11k he's asking.

7,500. With 2 tax stamps, $7900 for all of that is "fair" price.

A used, Socom 556-SB (not SB2 "latest gen") is $700-800, maybe.
GSC has a 10.4" kit, for $5k including stock, but doesn't have the Geiselle rail.
Troy sights arent a big deal since they're now OEM with the MR556.
MR556 lowers are $1k, when they come up.

SilencerShop sells the newer Socom-SB2, in FDE, for $766.50 without a mount... and a fair price on a used suppressor is tough. I priced out building it today, with a new suppressor, and deducted what I thought was fair for a used suppressor. Also, if I sold GSCs buttstock, buffer tube, etc, along with the rail (or just didn't buy the Geissele rail) itd be even lower, with a brand-new suppressor.

But yes, $11,000 is crazy.

Actually if it was a Semi Auto 416 Lower they have sold for $25,000 THAT IS RIGHT SEMI AUTO 416 UUPPER AND LOWER NOT AN MR 556 LOWER.. The Low end was very Used PD trade in one that sold for $18,000

Actual build cost to compare would all depend on 416 Upper Date Code and condition.

A lightly used 416 AI upper kit sans trigger just sold for $5625 on GB. I would expect a new one would go for $6k+ but that would depend on competition at the time it lists.
