No, it won't. But it will fit USPc 9 and .40, slightly loose, but will fit.

the Fletch FL400 will fit just fine with the HK45c just fine, if brand new you may have to tug a bit to loosen the thumb break to fit the hammer

I have a Galco Concealable Brown that fits my new HK45C perfectly...a little tight at first but after awhile it broke in and fits snug.
