I’ve been personally looking to purchase one in either color and have noticed there’s a lot of WTB posts for them. Does anybody think Geissele will ever re-release them or would do a group order if enough of us asked? Seems like the demand is pretty high

It’s an echo chamber in here. I’m almost certain they don’t care / won’t make some in the near future. Some people will contact you asking between $300 - $500+.

I was searching for a long time as well for a charging handle for my MR762 and eventually found a used one. Every time I've contacted Geissele about getting anything HK they have always told me it is a very small market for them and that is why batches are not done often or in large numbers. So really the demand just isnt there. You'd probably be hard pressed to find 20 people looking for these charging handles.

yikes that doesn’t really give me a lot of hope then. Well if anyone wants to sell me a used one, I’ve been looking for a while and will gladly buy it off of you.

while I totally understand you point, you fail to realize that if there is no more supply then the price is set by the market. I also didn’t buy one @ $500, I got a like new @ 1/2 that price and paid happily. But that’s what it is… gotta pay to play with HK.

I completely understand the not wanting to “overpay”, or feel extorted, but like @Sextus pointed out supply & demand coupled with the “how badly do you want it” dictates your own “personal price”…something is only worth what someone will pay for it…that said I recently paid nearly quadruple original MSRP for a rifle that I really wanted, and that’s out of production…do I wish I’d grabbed one at Knob Creek 5 yrs ago for less than MSRP? HELL YES! Am I happy to now have and shoot the rifle? HELL YES! In my unsolicited opinion, life is too short to deprive yourself a serious want for some folding paper that you can afford to spend. I mean it’s gonna get spent on something, right? As long as the needs of you and your family are covered the rest is best spent making y’all happy. (All of that said, I’ve never wanted a specific charging handle badly enough to spend hundreds on it, and I HATE the MR762/417 rifle🤷🏻‍♂️). Hope you can find your happy at an affordable rate 😁👏🏻👊🏻🖖🏻
