Works perfect with semi pack
I’ve got a magpul lower for my FA group
Works perfect when I put my semi pack into the magpul lower

When I run my FA g3 pack it won’t lockup most of the time. Not going fully home. Maybe 1/4” shy. I assume it’s dragging on something. I tried swapping ejectors with ptr. Didn’t work

I’ve got multiple g3 trigger packs that run in other hosts. They won’t run either in the ptr91
When I pull the charging handle back and let go by hand sometimes it won’t lock up but most of the time it will. So I’m assume the bolt is dragging on something on its way home

Bolt gap is .014
I’ve got 7 mags. All Work the same
Using German surplus and pmc ammo

I purchased one of their 32K's (5.56) with the short barrel. It shipped with a SUO grip and would not run full auto with it. I purchased a clipped and pinned from Gordon Miller and that solved the problem. Mine runs 100%. Sorry to hear about your issues.

I’ve got a clipped and pinned navy lower coming to try . Could be the magpul lower.

After swapping the main spring and oiling the hell out of the bolt the gun will now run in semi
Auto.

Ptr thinks the trigger group is too high. But can’t really give me any tests to prove it

If the new lower doesn’t fix it I’ll most likely sell the gun. It runs with the factory ptr semi lower.
