Apparently Todd Bailey moved to the Philippines and started up production of the Special Weapons SP-10... according to that article. There are several other items that are a bit suspect in there (plus they missed several US MP5 makers).

Most of that info is woefully inadequate or just outright wrong. They list MKE as a manufacturer "most notable for it's clear magazines" (even though I've never once heard about a plastic MKE magazine) and then list Zenith (the current importer of the MKE guns) as a US manufacturer. TFB should be embarrassed they published such a shoddily researched article.

I wish there was more good competition on the 9mm roller lock market. A PTR priced 9mm clone would be amazing.

Well... sorry to break it to you. They did make them... RTG and HK Specialists sold them... The ones I have work quite well.
