Hi HK enthusiasts ! I had a great weekend shooting USPSA in the quaint town of Granby Mass . It's a great group and they put on a fine match . I took a third place in Production division which I was pleased with . I had a mike on one stage which cost me second place but it's not easy to shoot a clean match . HK-USA is a first class organization and they are very supportive of this great team . As always feel free to ask any questions and all input is welcome .

question for shooting matches of this type, are you going for a-box hits or is anywhere on target good?

The scoring is basically how many points you can score in a second . Metric targets are the humanoids and they have 4 scoring zones, A being the highest point value . There are also classic targets that look like turtles and they have three scoring zones . Speed and accuracy but weighted slightly towards speed in USPSA
