I placed 2 orders with HKParts within 2 days of each other (Sunday and Monday) and their system identified them as both having the same order date. One item was designated to ship to me, the other to James ( @Marine0303 ) in NC. Both got shipped to me. I called Ashley at HKParts' customer service and she refunded me the (much) higher shipping cost of the item that was sent to the correct address, instead of the lower shipping cost of the incorrectly mailed item. Great service recovery! Thanks HKParts - I appreciate that.
