Gunsmith for MR rifles?

I have contacted reputable HK smiths and all have lead to we dont do one off projects... I wanted to clone the CSASS rifle HK is now issuing. Any help steering me to the right direction would be appreciated.

I would hold off until the CSASS is finalized, personally. The ones that have been ordered are for T&E, and changes to the final configuration could still occur.
