Just wanted to say speaking for myself that just a couple of months ago I called HK regarding a front sight picture that didn't look right on my HK45c Tactical. The front sight was slightly damaged. When I took the gun to a local gun smith the outter seals were damaged on my front night sight which gave it an ugly picture even tho the sight still glowed slightly. According to him HK's are known for that problem and to call their customer service.

I call them up and they setup a RMA for me to send them the slide for inspection. Surprisingly the turn around time and service were outstanding. They replaced the front sight with a brand new one and sent me O-rings for the barrel as I mentioned it didn't come with any when I got the gun and HK stickers. I got the slide back the same week it was sent out which caught me by surprise thinking it would be 2 weeks at least.

Not sure if everyone can share the same experience but all in all I had a great customer service from HK :3000000:

Every time I have dealt with the customer service they have been great. I would say even better than Springfield armorys and if you know Springfield armorys customer service that's saying a lot.
