Hi all,

Just got my hands on a H&K SLB 2000+ in .308W (20" barrel) and can't for the life of me figure out what the barrel twist rate is. Does anyone know what it is?

Additionally, if someone has one and has had good success with a specific bullet weight, please let me know!

Thanks!

Are you in the U.S? I thought the only SLB's imported here were the 30-06 caliber. Excellent hunting rifles. Sorry, can't help you with the twist rate.

You're correct - not in the US (Sweden) - and even here, the 30.06 is the most common version. The .308's show up for sale once a year, this one was almost mint.
