I put in orders with both of these companies a couple of weeks ago but have yet to hear anything about an order status, and my messages with them have gone unanswered. I know the firearms industry is busy right now, but this is kind of unsettling. Anyway, thanks in advance for any help.

Just going out on a limb here and say "not me". Unless there is something I don't know. Where is Scorpion Arms out of, thought I was the only one.

I called Scorpian Arms when I got my PTR-91 GI I think 2-1/2 or 3 weeks ago and they answered the phone and were very helpfull as usual. I had e-mailed them before back in 2010 and they had great service, sure hope nothing happened to them. I have bought stuff from GunClips but it's been a couple of years so I can't help you much there.

Thanks for the replies. I'll keep trying to contact both companies.

BlackScorpion: Scorpion Arms is PTR's parts supply division. They're located in Connecticut.

When I called PTR on my GI they gave me the number. Call PTR and ask them what happened, Scorpian Arms does not have as much stuff as HK Parts or RTG but they were nice folks.

I've had nothing but good luck with HK Parts and RTG, but for this order Scorpion carried a particular part that the other two didn't(US-made plastic grip).

Still no reply from either. Called and emailed both companies again. Scorpion Arms isn't answering the phone, at least they're not when I'm calling. Gunclips has a message that tells the listener to send an email and that they would reply within 24 hours. Hmmm...not happening.

Don't know about Gunclips, but I'm very puzzled as to why Scorpion Arms doesn't have a rep paying attention to a forum as potentially important to their business as HKPro. I have to apologize to Adam W--should have made this purchase through HKParts based on communication skills alone. I won't make that mistake again.

Scorpion Arms is part of HKpro and I see them post occasionally but if they're not checking their own email, I doubt they'll find time to post on a forum.

True. I guess I'm just spoiled by companies like RCM, HkSpecialist, and HKParts that will actually make the extra effort.

Received confirmation that items have shipped today. In case any company reps read this thread, it would still be nice to be able to talk to a human being or receive a timely email when contacting your companies. I'm just saying...

I bought a Bolt assembly tool from Scorpion about 2 weeks ago. Ordered on a Saturday, got it on Tuesday.
