Will using A Fero Z24 on a 91 with an A2 stock resolve the damn eye relief issue?

Has anyone used on a 93 with an A2 and does it resolved the eye relief?

Lastly, I like the BDC feature on the Fero Z24. While calibrated for 7.62, if employed on a 93, how would it work with a 55gr 5.56 round?

Please let me know what your experiences have been.

There will be plenty of eye relief for you with the 4X Hensoldt. The BDC for the .223, I believe is available. It will take some searching to find one.

Find a good ballistic chart someplace to compare the various zero distances of the 308 with 5.56 and then cross plot the new 5.56 distances that each 308 mark is (i.e. possible your 300 yard line will be 350 line for .223) One data point is for a 200 yard zero the 5.56 is about an inch lower than the 308 (from memory).

If you check AR15.com there is a pinned thread on the bullet drop feature of the various ACOGs and I think the 308 is usuable with the heavier (75 gr) bullet in 223 more or less directly.

Of course, double check by shooting at a distance. Of course getting the correct part always works a little better :)

Does only the Fero Z-24 have the Bullet drop comp for 7.62

Hi,

Similar question...

seems like there are two older models as well but they might not have BDC

Anyone have a diagram of the reticle...

Thanks,
