Yes, it does. The entire mag including the three parts that are on the 922(r) list (follower, floor plate and body) are all made in the USA. Fair warning, they are CRAPPILY made in the USA. I bought one of their 20-round mags and my bolt carrier keeps hitting the top of the Promag. I tried to trim down the feed lips but to no avail. I think it's slamming into the back of the follower for some reason. I can get it to click in place with the bolt open but not with the bolt closed. Basically, you might just want to keep a Promag in your bag in case someone wants to ask about compliance but don't rely on it to fire. BTW, the exact same issue came up with another user on here. Do a search for "Promag" to read it.
