I was wondering if you guys oil the hammer area on your Hk's?

Some of these parts look polymer, and I'm not sure if oil should be applied.

For example: the sear, catch, sear actuator latch, and hammer axle. I'm pretty sure these are all made out of polymer, not certain.

Any advice will be much appreciated.

No, they are not polymer. If it is metal and moves against another surface, I apply a light coat of Militec to all bearing surfaces.

They're all metal, not polymer. Lube them with your favorite gun oil or lube. I use Hoppe's M-Pro 7 Gun Oil.

When you field strip the pistol for maintenance just place one that's (1) drop of quality gun oil where the hammer & sear meet and your good to go!
