Look here: G3 Black Plastic Handguard - Used #HK8952
They may have what you want. But I don't recall ever seeing " the riveted metal sling hook on the left hand side. " on either the black or green one. I put a green one on a PTR and had to 'fit' it with a little filing. Easy to do.
