It is a direct replacement. I have not tried one yet; been considering this parts as well.

Relevant to my interests. From RTG, I have one of the Semi-Auto converted SEF complete trigger packs/housings on my MP5 clone, and the trigger pull is far superior to that of my HK93. Since this converted pack uses the same sear spring linked above, I'm thinking this will help give me a smoother pull that's a little lighter as well.
