Does HK do on site armorers classes? I can think of several departments in my state that would send their armorers to a class if it were in 4-5 hours drive. If so, who do you contact to set up a class?

Their schedule for the remainder of the year is on their website. Plan early though, as they are often full with a waiting list for standbys. With enough interest and coordination, they will come to your department's location. They'd just have to get a price quote.
