I'm looking for a professional gunsmith who specializes in, or at least has done a fair share of work on customizing HK pistols - specifically grip reshaping. I know there are many that do this to Glocks but I'm looking for one that has had some experience with HK USPs. Any recommendations?

Thanks...TJB

No one has done drastic reshaping because there's not enough material to work with unlike a Glock. Best bet is to go with someone that does Glocks.

I've got an expert that Bruce Gray did what he called a tang reduction. You can't tell by looking at a picture, but it does make a difference in comfort.

It doesn't seem like there is allot to take off on a USP. In addition, an HK is a pretty spendy piece to screw up so I doubt there is that many folks that have experimented with it. However, if you check out http://www.bowietacticalconcepts.com/pictures.html , this guyhas a picture of some work he did on a P2000SK frame.
