mags say Hk and have Hk floor plates but doesn't say made in Germany ...
the welds are there and look good mag is used .
Whatcha think .

So did HK not mark some of there mags ,made in Germany
I have other mags to compare it to .
They're dead on just no stamp made in Germany .

I might be wrong, but older USP pistol mags are rarely marked made in Germany.

They look like Mark-23 mags, I'm pretty sure they had "HK" stamped on them. The floorplates also seem to be MK23 as well. Check the length of the feed-lips, if they are MK23 mags they should be slightly longer than that of a regular USP mag.
