Was wondering what is a fair price for a new MARK 23 pistol in camo case, 4 magazines and paperwork would be worth?
A friend has one that he says he might part with and to make him an offer. It's not the early one with the small Mark23, but the large MARK23 stamping.

I've seen then go for 1600ish to 2100ish depending on condition. If it's new unfired and complete with manual, case, o rings and bumper sticker, I'd offer 1800.00 and see what he says. If well used, I'd offer 1500ish and see.
