One would think........I have talked with Tim several times he left Hundreds of his sears unserialized believing that he could not register them as that is what ATF led him to believe only to find out later that he could have Papered them all.

This looks to be the brother of the one above that is listed for sale........without a clear pic of the lower on the one above hard to tell if lower is serialized as well this might even limit it further depending how the paper work reads....
