The guns look good. Unless sellers are FFL holders selling these guns at retail for the first time, neither gun is legally NIB. They may be ANIB but H&K may not honor the warranty if you can't prove original ownership. The prices are right up there, too. One is higher than any I've tracked:
Heckler & Koch P7 M13 4-in Bbl Pistol in 9mm. Bluebook of Gun Values (33nd Edition) indicates between $1875 in 95% condition and $2500 in 100% condition for this gun. I have 168 recorded prices for this model gun from $1100 to $2725 over a period of 8 Yrs 5 Mos ending April 25, 2012. The average price as of that date was $1643. No refurbs, no refinishes, regular sights. Adjusted to two magazines. All represented as 95% or better. No distinction for import location or engineering revision, if any, no special editions, no distinctions for box, papers, tools. Current or last MSRP is $1330.
A top price from these data would begin at about $2400.
If I remember correctly, 2003 is the last year of production/importation for the P7M13 and M8 over on our side of the Atlantic and very few were imported past 2000. The 2nd seller is probably taking that into account along with his claim that it's in unfired condition. Which still places it at least $1000 less than his asking price.
