The guns look good. Unless sellers are FFL holders selling these guns at retail for the first time, neither gun is legally NIB. They may be ANIB but H&K may not honor the warranty if you can't prove original ownership. The prices are right up there, too. One is higher than any I've tracked:

No distinction for import location or engineering revision, if any, no special editions, no distinctions for box, papers, tools. Current or last MSRP is $1330.
A top price from these data would begin at about $2400.
