Check that link out, but no, not all parts are marked, and most do not have "HK" on them. A lot are date or lot coded as in the link provided, but many parts are not marked at all. Usually major parts like magazines, barrels, receivers, bolt carriers and bolt heads are date coded, but sometimes not. MP5 A3 stocks are marked, G3 folding stocks, even if factory HK, normally are not.
Exceptions abound, depending on which part it is, when it was made, etc.
And to add to the further confusion some mags have the little "blank bar" with no date codes.
