Do the fullsize usp 45 and the tactical have the same sight dovetails? I can't seem to find much info on them..

I want to change out the tall sights with some normal type nite sights since I don't use a surpressor.

What are mu options as far as nite sights for the usp?

Yes they are the same

Some companies (like TruGlo) asy they will not work, but that only means they will not work WITH A SUPPRESSOR, as far as sights go, if your not using a Can, any normal USP sights will work


As for night sights, theres Meprolights, TruGlo TFO (tritium Fibre Optic) Trijicon (you can get the tritium vials installed in most 3-dot sights) and a couple others i am missing... But i seem to remember that Mepro's were good sights for night sights.

I put Meprolights on my Tactical - they worked great! Shoots right where you point it, and installed easily.
